(Been through this myself a couple of times and that's why I stay away from PHI).
Do take note that the working hours for PHI is 42 hrs so it may be a 5.5 days for you or slightly longer working hours but 5 days work week.
For other benefits like AL, MC, FCL, I find PHI is quite generous but the challenge is taking them (as hcw need to ballot up till 1 year in advance... not sure whether this will apply to backend team).
Seem like your degree is in a technical one. I would suggest you to look for a job in other industries for better future prospect (increment when you jump job, transferable skills and higher chance of promotion as compared to PHI jobs).

Anyone can shed some light on their ‘contract’ roles being offered? Got any performance/variable bonus that anyone has received assuming good/decent performance? Is there high chance of getting converted to perm during or at the end of contract term?

2.78 PB for Singhealth? Has this been the trend?? So high
1 month AWS
How many months CVB for Singhealth?
Total annual 17.78 months?
NHG is 1 month PB for Good/B graders
And 2 months CVB
1 month AWS
Total 16 months for Good/B grader.

Singhealth has higher PB but our special bonus is much lesser as compared to NHG and NUHS.
0.1 month plus $550 plus $250 for this year special bonus.
We never exceed 16 months annual for B graders, always 15.XX months.

That's right. seems like Singhealth annual package is the lowest among the 3 clusters.

Am a fresh grad, male with NS, local uni with SCH. Offered 3.75k for a 12m contract role, executive. Take? Will I be eligible for any form of bonuses (Like AWS/PB/ VB)? Tbh I do plan to perform well to get converted to perm, anyone knows the chances of getting converted too?

just curious - how much was the recent annual increment for you guys? i'm in NHG and got 6.5%, my colleague 1 grade below me got 7%.
wonder if it was a cluster specific thing
and i'm seeing that there's another pay adjustment next FY for AHP? hmmm i'm all for it but a little pessimistic about that happening

You mean the annual salary increment? Only 4.XX % for me.
If you are talking about the salary revision, it's about 3 to 7% in 2021. I only got 5%.
