Secondly, given that this is a 1 year contract role, will I be eligible for their PB/ VB/AWS/related bonuses? Can anyone shed some light from their own experiences in a contract role? And also benefits such as Days of AL, hybrid arrangements or any other form of benefits.
P.S. The role I applied for is a Analyst/Tech related role, not adminstrative etc.

You applied for the role in synapxe? Or the PHI?

Taking into account that this is a contract role, will there be any bonuses for me during the 'contract' duration? Also, if I do get converted to perm after contract ends, will there be any salary revisions?

Your expected is too high for a fresh grad.

Fresh grad expect 5k??
Is that the new norm?
If their budget is 3.5k then why would they pay you, a fresh grad, 1k more?
I suggest if pay is important just apply amazon/google/meta.
Phi pays peanuts. But good for you to go for the interview for reality check.

It is the new norm for fresh grads for biz, IT, finance etc..
But hello.. for healthcare industry.. please don't expect $5K for starting. IMPOSSIBLE.

Sorry to burst your bubble but for healthcare job in PHI, they are unlikely to offer that amount to you. Even if you mentioned to them expected 4.5k, they will offer their original stated amt i.e. 3.5k and tell you take it or leave it as non-negotiable. (Been through this myself a couple of times and that's why I stay away from PHI).
Do take note that the working hours for PHI is 42 hrs so it may be a 5.5 days for you or slightly longer working hours but 5 days work week.
For other benefits like AL, MC, FCL, I find PHI is quite generous but the challenge is taking them (as hcw need to ballot up till 1 year in advance... not sure whether this will apply to backend team).
Seem like your degree is in a technical one. I would suggest you to look for a job in other industries for better future prospect (increment when you jump job, transferable skills and higher chance of promotion as compared to PHI jobs).

they don't differentiate ..... you're still administrative job grade - just your job title is different. please don't be fooled.
healthcare is like that - doesn't mean you do more or higher value work means u command higher starting salary than others. all the same.

5K starting for fresh grad is possible, but with OT 🤣
but note not all PHI will give OT pay, so caveat = possible for some PHI*

Who gets OT pay? Maybe shift allowance can bump up your monthly salary. I OT almost one hour every day and never once get any OT pay, not even time off.
