Ya JG17 is super rare. There is only 2 JG17 in my department and both are phd.

How many percent? The previous round is 3 to 7% and none of my colleagues and I got the highest 7%.

As a principal, i agree life is much better compared to before, especially when you are chill with others too.

I recalled when I started, my sup will question me if there is a traffic jam sacastically when i come in at 8.05am instead of 8am.

She is the old school kind of sup.

Now that im the team lead, I come in anytime i want, as long as it does not affect clinical work.
If my first patient starts at 9am, i come in at 8.55am.

I can come in anytime and nobody can question me because i have many meetings.

I told my staff the same. I trust them and they can come in or go off anytime as long as it does nkt affect their clinical work.
Just dont over do it and they are fine.

Geberally people appreciate and not abuse this.

Yes i have direct source from MOH finance.

Supposed to be this year but because of angel plan and the hush hush pay adjustment for Drs, they ran out of budget for ahps. So next FY is our turn.

Sad that I left PHI. Should have stayed for my 15 and lepak like everyone else
