Come on, everyone knows AHP pay in phi is peanuts.
You work there because of passion.

IMO, its definitely worth it to move up the ranks if you have the passion and drive.

You get more opportunities to run projects (or saikang depending on how you see it)
You get more autonomy. I basically can come in anytime i want, eg.9 am, 10am.
If im done at 4pm i go home. Nobody question me.
Pay will be ok if you stay long enough.

JG15 cap is 10k+ and JG16 12k+.

If your aim is just money, dont ever become ahp in phi.
Go private, or just do banking/IT/property agent

12k x 16.5/17. That’s super comfortable bro for the amount of work put in. Can see all the principals just lepaking.

Not easy to get to principal though.

JG 16 is super rare. I think need at least 15 to 20 years.
Need to be team lead or lead something.

JG 17 is current cap and only HODs can get there.
I think the salary cap for JG17 is 14k+.
