This is what I heard from others, I can be wrong but it's only $200.

Assuming an average pay of $5k, that's 4% annual increment which is not so bad right? But happy to be corrected please.

But our yearly increment is already 3%. Isnt 4% a tad too low? And you will need to do much more at a higher job grade, its not worth it.
