Promotion Increment in Healthcare Sector

Hi, Anyone working in Healthcare sector? Anyone would like to share how much is the promotion increment in Public or Private Healthcare sector?

This is what I heard from others, I can be wrong but it's only $200.

Assuming an average pay of $5k, that's 4% annual increment which is not so bad right? But happy to be corrected please.

But our yearly increment is already 3%. Isnt 4% a tad too low? And you will need to do much more at a higher job grade, its not worth it.
