I guess that it's not so much about the statistics show it's about the competence of each worker. As an example, if a person is skilled enough in what he is doing, but he can't work in a team or simply doesn't have leadership qualities, most probably he won't get promoted in the nearest time.
The main key is to work hard. Nowadays, medicine is at its highest level. There are a lot of studies on underlying causes to resolve a health condition. You can have access to the latest researchers from the healthcare system, so literally, you have to work hard to achieve your goals!

Assuming an average pay of $5k, that's 4% annual increment which is not so bad right? But happy to be corrected please.

But our yearly increment is already 3%. Isnt 4% a tad too low? And you will need to do much more at a higher job grade, its not worth it.

Recently, I have been disappointed with the health care in my sector. Most of all, I don't like that there is no privacy. All the data that I provide, they can easily send to anyone. I also resent the prices in pharmacies. Recently, the prices of affordable medicines have almost doubled. People are just in shock. So, I order the drug I need at prescriptiondoctor.com. I am most pleased that all medicines are at affordable prices and there is complete confidentiality. It is clear that before ordering medication, I consult with my doctor so that by mistake, I don't take the medicine that will aggravate my condition.
