Promotion Increment in Healthcare Sector

Hi, Anyone working in Healthcare sector? Anyone would like to share how much is the promotion increment in Public or Private Healthcare sector?

I guess that it's not so much about the statistics show it's about the competence of each worker. As an example, if a person is skilled enough in what he is doing, but he can't work in a team or simply doesn't have leadership qualities, most probably he won't get promoted in the nearest time.
The main key is to work hard. Nowadays, medicine is at its highest level. There are a lot of studies on underlying causes to resolve a health condition. You can have access to the latest researchers from the healthcare system, so literally, you have to work hard to achieve your goals!

Assuming an average pay of $5k, that's 4% annual increment which is not so bad right? But happy to be corrected please.

But our yearly increment is already 3%. Isnt 4% a tad too low? And you will need to do much more at a higher job grade, its not worth it.
