They have started to offer some, my friend got the offer;the HR is quite detailed and patient. She shed the info and progression in Schneider which seems promising.

U got an offer from stat board already? I think best is go for stat board offer if u have been offered. But I think only those some (not all) prestigious stat board offers so high as to 5k
