What is the pay progression and working hours as a KYC analyst in DBS?
Hope someone from there can advise.

Might not be DBS specific, but generally KYC Analyst will have a slow start in their career doing more ground work like many other job functions.
The career ladder generally be steep at the 3rd year onwards to about 5-6th years to see potential candidates. Working hours wise typically 9am to 6pm+ with 1-2 hours lunch break, at times when there is urgency might OT abit, but timing is pretty much of that range. |

[QUOTE=Unregistered;104434]Anyone from DBS or knows about there advise on the following
1) is there a lot of OT as a KYC analyst in DBS? No OT. Very good hours and environment. The progression for KYC is good as well and have many colleagues move onto risk and compliance role in foreign bank as well as buy side firm. 2) What is the pay progression like? analyst - 3.5k associate - ~6k senior associate - >6.5k 2 years to move from analyst to associate and another 2 years to senior associate/manager. DBS has good progression and is stable with good bonuses for KYC peeps since they are growing their business rapidly |
