New development bags Green Mark Gold Awards
 

A commitment to implementing environmentally sustainable building design has earned Qingjian Realty not one but three green mark gold awards for three of its residential executive condo projects

All three are executive condominiums – the Ecopolitan, Bellewoods and Bellewaters – and part of the late portfolio of developments the firm handles. Ecopolitan and Bellewaters are in punggol while Bellewoods is located in woodlands. Upcoming new launch condo include Parc Botannia while existing ones include Seaside Residences and Grandeur Park Residences. The firm’s focus on sustainability had helped it win the BCA green mark awards for six residential projects since 2011

Every detail is taken into account as all design considerations are made wit the homeowner in mind.

For starters, all its buildings incorporate energy saving measure in its design and boast a low carbon footprint. A north south design orientation of the development allows for the maximum ventilation and free air movement, while LED lights and motion sensors at staircases generate savings for the development. The installation of glazing that diffuses solar thermal heat also helps improve energy efficiency.

Homes come with gas heater as it consumes less electricity than electric heater and water efficient that conserve water usage.

Greening the executive condominiums residences also help boost the aesthetics of the landscape as basement car parks allows more space for lush greenery, pavilions, pools and other water bodies above the ground.
