Inspite of the contending prices and rebate offers by respective developers, transactions continue to ramp up in the core central region and high quantum luxury properties.

In the beginning halfway of 2016, luxury properties that are priced $5 million and above became circumstantially higher than the total transactions in the whole year of 2015 with already 131 properties transacted compared to last year's total of 166 luxury units sold.

Another extremely enviable luxury property by Capitaland is landed development Victoria Park Villas, which registered 10 units sold just within a week of preview sales in July 2016 on a first come first serve basis. This luxury property is predicted to sell about $6 million with price taking up from $4.3 million for the total 3 bungalows and 106 semi detached units.

In the meantime, the new cluster house at Kembangan, Terra Villas has likewise sold 2 units in the said month of July 2016. This stunning property is expected to be completed very soon with a price label of about $3 million.
