Well-known developer Sim Lain JV recently set up for lease the 200,000 sq ft office space at Vision Exchange which is conveniently located on the top eight floors. This is a shared undertaking prepared by Sim Lian Group’s Sim Lian Land and Sim Lian Development. This is their initial project that is principally centralized on commercial spaces.

The Vision Exchange is a 25-storey development by the famous Sim Liam JV which confines F&B outlets and medical suites on the ground floor. It also has office units settled in the 6th to 25th floors of the tower block. This mix development is exquisitelybuilt-up at the famed Jurong Gateway regional centre and is due to be built roughly first quarter of 2017.
