Pass by Kovan yesterday and noticed Stars of Kovan showflat appear to be still under construction. Stars of Kovan showflat appear to have took a very long time to get ready. I was approached by Stars of Kovan sales agent last week at in town area that launch date is not confirm yet. However the developer seem to have begun the new launch marketing activities. In accordance with the sale person who chatted to me, the launch timeline is not firmed up yet. In fact, the saleperson claimed nothing was confirmed. No floor plan, no price and no perspective of the building also. I'm really curious how the building will look like. By the way I have already registered with him for Stars of Kovan showflat and Sturdee Residences showflat viewing. He will inform me once the dates are firmed up. I am actually looking out for a friend who's going to buy a 1 bed room. Stars of Kovan being located beside Kovan city and MRT may just be suitable for him.
