Sales of Singapore New Private Home improved 39 percent

A sum of 945 units set-apart from exclusive condos were sold by Singapore property developers last month which is a cut down of sales from November 2014 and a 15 percent step-up from the 823 units sold last October. On the other hand, yearly sales of recent private home went skyward 79%. There was a 39% step-up of sales in private housing, from 548 units sold-out in October to 759 units last month from every Singapore property developers, as verified by Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). The MCC Land project, The Poiz Residences, sold 277 units with a median price of $1,440 psf, the CapitaLand project which is a Bishan condo Sky Vue, sold 59 units with a median price at $1,522 psf, Principal Garden by UOL Group sold-out 45 units at $1,626 median price and GuocoLand project, Sims Urban Oasis sold only 39 units at a median price of $1,388.
