Saw on newspaper that Principal Garden New launch preview sold 120 units last weekend. Basing on total units of 663 units, Principal Garden developer managed to sell 19% of the developer on the first day of sales. My agent told me Principal Garden 1 bed room price start at around $760,000 or around $1600psf. One of my colleague is considering buying.
