The Gateway@Cambodia,Cambodia Investments
Thanks for sharing, surely a good development that I will consider
After reading so much about the Gateway@Cambodia in Phnom Penh, ultimately, despite all the good provisions and features that have been mentioned, the intrinsic factor that brought this development to my attention is still boiled down to the 'dollar' and 'cent' thingy.
With the current cooling measures such as additional buyer stamp duty, seller stamp duty, TDSR and escalation of property prices in Singapore, it's a good time that we start consider investing in some of these oversea properties
. Though I'm not familiar with Cambodia investments, their cultures and way of life.... surely these are questions that will emerge for the time being. But with the 100% foreigner ownership,no capital gain tax and Guaranteed Rental Return over 2 years of 12% for residential units and 16% for offices... what kind of risk are we talking about? I guess it's as good as I'm sitting on a gold mine,haha...
