Singapore property price
Is Singapore property still a good investment? What is the price you are expecting to pay when you decide to invest?
After many rounds of cooling measures. What is the future outlook?

My property is still growing in value according to recent transactions from URA website. That is despite all the cooling measures and negative news about property market in the papers.

I did two months of research before I committed.

When I bought my property during this cooling measures period, my bastard "friends" are super negative. Declaring that I will lose money, bought at the wrong time and outright laughing at me. Sour grapes bastards! Not laughing now when we check the URA transactions for my property. Sitting on 100k++ paper gain now after taxes. Don't listen all the comments around you. Trust your own research and calculations.

Agree with you. when everyone is super negative. it is the best chance to get the best deals. and agree with buying power too. Congrats for your good buy

if cooling measures slowly lifted up in 2016, will property price in Singapore get a boost?
