I got inspired after reading this article (6 Types of Properties in Singapore Ideal for Investment | propertyincorg) I have plan investing in Singapore properties as a future home. I’m doing a research and I learn a lot. I just want to share some good points I have learned:
1. Do a market research about trends and property cycles for better insights about your purchase
2. You must be aware with the political, social, natural climate of the country, infrastructure and utilities services.
3. Know your neighbour.
4. Examine the developer’s track record and property’s approved building plan.
5. Find information on the property management.
6. If you are going to hire a real estate agent or salesperson, be sure to know about their background and history of the property and its owner.
