Nasal spray for babies

Any parents who use nasal spray for babies, are you able to recommend me a few good/reliable brands? I've come across Serenaz natural sea water baby nasal spray (pediatric), and saw that it's good for baby's blocked nose and mucus build up. Also saw that they have free samples on https://www.samplestore.com/products...pray-pediatric
Check it out and let me know of other good brands!
