The Tre Ver (Former Raintree Gardens) is a joint venture development by UOL and UIC at Potong Pasir Ave 1 in District 13. Expected to be launched in July, The Tre Ver, a 729-unit condominium is designed by the award-winning architect WOHA. Their buildings are notable for their extensive use of natural vegetation as a building element. It is located between Potong Pasir and Woodleigh MRT Station next to the Kallang River.
