Parc Komo
Former Changi Garden, Parc Komo has impressively scooped S$248.8 million in its en bloc sale. This is significant considering the asking price for this property was S$196 million. That massive price that was paid by Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd (CES), the property group that acquired Changi Garden through its investment arm, CEL Real Estate Development (CEL). Changi Garden sits on 200,093 sq. ft, and is located at the interception of Upper Changi Road North and Jalan Mariam Road. Its official plot ratio is 1.4; hence its gross floor area allowable for development can go up to 280,130 sq. ft. Parc Komo price and Parc Komo showflat will be available soon.
The proximity of this project to MRT stations and bus stops makes commuting by public transport very feasible for its residents. The fact that the roads from the property lead out to notable destinations makes commuting by private transport also feasible for residents of Changi Gardens. MRT stations located close to Changi Gardens include Changi Airport MRT Station, Pasir Ris MRT Station and Upper Changi MRT Station.
There are quite a number of notable educational and childcare facilities in the vicinity of Changi Garden to cater for the needs of its residents. The nearby childcare and educational facilities include preschool, kindergarten, primary, secondary and international schools.
The beautiful design of the facade extends into every apartment at Parc Komo (Former Changi Garden). Exquisite finishings will ensure that you are dazzled everytime you step into your abode. Be wowed by a home that is both gorgeous to the eye and home to the soul. Adorning your private chambers at Parc Komo (Former Changi Garden) are fittings and furnishings that exhibit top quality. Park Komo Showflat Launch
The Parc Komo floor plans and site plan have come out, and must say they are looking really good. CEL can usually be trusted to come out with quite good workable layouts, like at Park Colonial and Grandeur Park.
The overall design for Parc Komo looks very nice and homely too. Perhaps the 5 storey high low scale helps, but it does make it feel welcoming and there is a strong emphasis on the landscaping. Anyway the Parc Komo showflat preview looks like will start on 18 May, though the actual balloting and booking date is not finalised yet.
