Freehold in Bukit Timah :: Wilshire Residences and Juniper Hill Showflat Launches

It looks like there are now two main areas of new condominium launch activity. The Bukit Timah area with the recently launched Wilshire Residences, and the upcoming Juniper Hill showflat Preview. Together with the recently opened Mayfair Collection, and Fourth Avenue Residences by Allgreen Properties, the same developer as for Juniper Hill.

And the East Coast area, with recent launches like Nyon, One Meyer, Coastline Residences, and now the Amber Park showflat opening just last Saturday. Freehold fans are really spoilt for choice. In fact, so much so that many have a hard time making up their minds. After all, most projects have their different pros and cons.

What these projects have in common however, is their pricing level. They all seem to be priced at around the $2,300 to $2,500 PSF range. So it could well be that Juniper Hill prices could range at that level too. But maybe not so, if we go by Allgreen's recent sales records. After all, the 99 year leasehold Fourth Avenue Residences already hit the $2,200 PSF mark. So it is likely that they will price Juniper Hill at a premium to that.

Having said that however, do bear in mind that Fourth Avenue is a lot nearer to the MRT station, in fact next door to Sixth Avenue station. Whereas Juniper Hill is quite a walk from the nearest train station.
