Frasers will finally be launching the new mixed development at Jiak Kim Street, along the Singapore River where Zouk used to be, the Fraser Residence Promenade Riviere. The really interesting aspect of this project are the three conservation warehouses formerly occupied by Zouk that will be converted, likely into part of the retail section. These would make beautiful dining or wining places for example.

Old warehouses can look amazing, with the right kind of refurbishment and design. Like the ones that have been converted into the Warehouse Hotel nearby. The Fraser Residence Promenade / Riviere condo should get good views of the Singapore River, as it loops around half the site which is right by the river bank. And this place is also pretty convenient to Great World City, as well as both Great World and Havelock MRT stations on the Thomson-East Coast Line too.
