• Above 18 years old
• Singapore or Malaysian Citizens/Permanent Residents
• Group submissions are welcome (maximum 4 pax per group)
[Video Requirements]:
Length:not more than 3 minutes
Genre:narrative, animation, documentary, experimental,
etc. (except commercial)
Language:Chinese or English
Subtitles:Script must have either English or Chinese subtitle
Format:mp4/wmv/avi/mov
Resolution  min) 1280x720, (max) 3840x2160
*All entries (shooting and editing) must be original works
of the eligible participants
