Tech Service is Tech service. They don't work on the Aircraft. They are more like the link between the ground floor LAEs and the OEM or Manufacturer. BaScially they just sit in the office. Getting their asses bigger together with their ego. Most of them in the reputable MRO are afraid to get their designer shirt dirty.

And again, the trainee LAE scheme prepares you for either SUSCO or ST Aero so they do get the same pay grade. Therefore, that range of 2.8-3.1 for "RECOGNIZED DEGREE" holder as a LAE is applicable to ST Aero or SASCO. You don't sound like you're from the company at all.

Current allowance scale for deg holders for TLAE
Hi
Does anyone know the current allowance scale for trainee LAE deg holders in SIAEC and ST Aero?
Preferably if there are people in the scheme now, please give your input.
Thanks so much.

I am one of the candidates who went for the first interview for st aero. For a degree holder(must be full time), starts at $2.2 and all the way to $2.9 when you are a full fledgedd LAE.
