Accounting or HRM
Hi,
I'm thinking to change my career path. Hence hope to hear your advice before I decide.
I was studied CAT during school time and have been working in accounting work for more than 6 years. Recently, I have been thinking to change my career path to HRM as I have been involved in a lot of HRM related work in my current roles. Furthermore, I realised that my interest in not in accounting.
But I'm not too sure if this is wisable as I'm already 30 this year. Would it be too late for me?
