Is it worth to get Master of Science in management from oversea university vs MBA in singapore?

My current role does not require MBA, I am not in Finance sector. Is MIM good enough? just want to progress in my current role for manager in future.

getting mba to climb corporate ladder is passe. networking with relevant peers in a safe environment has better ROI. getting mba or mim to gain knowledge is still relevant but that can be learned thru online means and books

Age does play a part. If you are in your early 30s than forget the idea of going overseas to do the master as not worth due to high cost.

is MBA worth the cost?

or just MIM is fine?
