DBS Bank Test, please help!
 

Hi there,

Im attending a test for a customer service position at DBS Bank this week but no idea what to cover, especially MATHS which always give me headache :(. Any advice would be genuinely appreciated.

oh well its a call centre position then I suppose it doesn't require such knowledge in the first place, probably simple maths to be covered instead but never know until got there for real.

Hey mate, just to update you with the result. Disappointedly failed (!!!). The test was simple with basic writing tasks and maths although all related to call centre/banking knowledge but not complicated stuff. Thought I did it nicely but couldn't beat the fact. If it was not the bank indicating they prefer a mandarin speaker (and actually most of the candidates today do speak mandarin) that turned me down, it was simply I was too stupid to get myself through :(
