actually i try search since last year on all job portal already over few hundreds jobs already
Hr degree fresh grad really borderline 2k or 2k. Thats the trend now.haha
Even if count intern, also treat as fresh grad etc.
HR industry not doing well now.haha
I guess mainly due to hr no longer strictly requires a degree or even a diploma to be one, so even if u have a degree, they will still pay u same as a diploma hr grad.

yes, if u all dont believe, just search on jobstreet or any job portal, Hr or human resource den u try find one with education requirement as Degree, even after 2-3 years exp around mid 2k only. but most likely they will put as o level/diploma/degree. they wont put just "degree" then salary will be around 2k.

thats if the job ad salary state something like 3k to 3.7k
if they dont state that range, where ur 3.5 come from?
For example, the job ad on jobstreet put 1.8 to 2.2k
Even if u nus, it will still be given whats in the range at ,which is 2.2k, and then i be given a 1.8k. Thats what im trying to say
In the first place, there isnt a fresh grad hr job (degree) that state salary range that hit 3k, so where ur 3k gonna come from if the range of every hr job ad put 1.8 to 2.2k. You will still get the best if ur nus/ ntuc, but its the 2.2 lor, then diploma 1.8.
For example,
s://i.postimg.cc/cJPdM0y5/salary.jpg
the range put like that for that specific job ad,even if ur nus etc, ur still gonna get 2.2 which is the highest end of the range.
my point being, nowadays dont really have a fresh grad (degree only (strictly)) hr job already.

The reason being, alot employers realise Hr dont really need degree to be why, which is why at the same time, you gonna see this on alot hr jobs advertise education requirements:
"o levels/diploma/degree/graduate/post graduate/nitec in hr or related field" for one job ad. ur that at least 3.5k is a degree holder working AFTER maybe 3-4 years then can get , not immediately after grad( fresh grad) get le.
