hmmm means i didn't get it again... have done all the necessary certifications and competency reviews. this is the second time it has happened. really disappointed with the system.

Check with your RO and get him or her to check with HRBP if theres still issues? The MDR eligibility should already be aligned on both sides when going through with your RO.
