If you consider that the AWS that we normally used to get is what's our basic salary in December. In that case the Jan to March AWS should be based on the updated salary after MDR.

Ah okay I get what you mean now. So with the new system would they still follow the previous way of using expected salary at end of year / 12, or instead just add on 1/12 of your monthly salary each month?

Yes this is confirmed. AWS for Jan to Mar also is based on the updated salary after MDR increment
