Where got cheat, did it black and white said MDR apply to all grade A-K?
To be fair, Associate folks already high pay and get salary adjustment on 2019, and this applied to grade F and below only.
Slide also mentioned after review based on Feb salary benchmarks (data approach), findings show Grade F and below are already competitive even for those MRD role.
Associate now earn 5.5k above with AWS, CPB, IPB, ask urself how many company can beats that?

You sound like someone from the top management. LOL. Please take a look at the current local GES data for computing graduates. Seriously 5.5k is below the average...
