Some 'Lead engineer are very experience (based on Linkedin profile), but their quality are worst than GovTech's junior/fresh grad. Come here spoon feed and non-proactive on their tasks, worst is no people review them and keep slacking here.

same experience as you
so far i have the worst experience with cognizant staff
profile talk so much but they don't even know their basics
worst thing is most of them lack the knowledge to even know why they are wrong in the first place

Yes agreed. Too much taxpayers dollars wasted on white elephants like safe entry, tracetogether. If they're really in "tech for public good", why do we need to pay them high salaries to join?

Lmao obviously nobody join GovTech only because it's "Tech for Public Good". It's just 1 of the factor to consider when joining. Job satisfaction is a big portion people consider apart from TC, at least for SWEs because the market for SWEs right now is too good. They can easily jump around.
