Just up the senior pay lah ,down junior.... it's already avg for industry standard liao. If they lower even more, GovTech nobody will join.
And what is the senior's pay like now? Like the G/H? Is it less than the juniors'?

As other said, Grade D comes in 5.5k, G/H with ~7-10years exp, pay around 6-8k
|

Oh wow whoops. I dint know G/H was 7~10 years exp. Well, you'll be more disheartened to know that there are fresh grads earning 7k base for Chinese Tech Companies.

Cannot like that compare. GovTech has better work life balance and stability, plus their bonus component is usually 3 to 4 months.

Ahhh I see. GovTech is generally 16 months salary? Yea I guess you're right, WLB also affects pay per hour. Hmmmm I think the coming pay adjustment probably would increase the pay for the senior roles.
