Favouritism is rampant in govtech. When one team project end, new RO will take their kaki in to join them in new project or add to another team when previous RO gets rotated out to join other agencies. From there, RO will keep promoting or give high impact projects to their favourites so they got more things to write for CF and speak good of each other and try to upsell each other since the trust is already built. only between each other they know they are incompetent or wants to jlb but will still help each other. if you got this rs with a RO then you iron rice bowl forever

DM Boon Sze said breaking into smaller teams reduce collaboration and psyched PO and management to keep to one big team though ppl are working on different things. whoever raised objections is considered non collaborative.Then with headcount cut, those managers start to put people on exit list. nobody dare to even raise their voice though complaining about it privately.

Is it the same Boon Sze that placed all her gang on the “retain” list when WINS had a cut and then flee WINS together with her gang after hearing ex-indeed took over WINS from Steven? How terrible. Such person can only survive under one boss.

the true agile spirit is dead long time ago. with or without these DMs, things are equally bad. WINS management from MOM has complained about the poor performance of its DMs for a long time.
