Why some QEs promoted faster than SWEs in the same team? Their competency very questionable.They have used the same pipelines for many years but when same problem occurs, they still rely on others to fix. They don’t even know how to generate test data themselves but they are paid much higher than SWE with similar years of experience. QEs in GT are overpaid.

Then just DIY the tests yourself. It's only because SWE are lazy to test/do admin stuff that we have all the additional PM/DM/QE etc that zbl.

DMs also overpaid…kena complained by agency director but still paid very big bonus.
