if kena hired as 3rd party contract, what is the the point of working my ass off knowing those ordering me around gets to reap the benefits of my work? i read here can tell no chance of conversion, then i should just demand insane increment to extend?

also agree with u abt the matter, starting to feel like this too lol, bosses tells me have many future things to do but lmao here i am thinking "i also disposable, i build things up then who maintain, u think is going to be me meh when im not same benefits as others lol"

If u are 3rd party vendor you are only accountable to your vendor and yourself. Even if GT willing to pay more for you, you also wont see a single cent, since it will be paid to vendor.
Let the actual GTies clear the saikang and claim the glory, while you focus on WL balance.

in march got one guy also chose to leave without offer and give up the bonus

U can. But it's a double edged sword. If govtech HR don't think u are worth it, then u might not get extended and have to find a new job. So which road u wanna take.
