Senior Individual Contributor still have personal deliverables under new CF. If that senior engineer is not a manager (which gives u valid reason not to code) then better start complaining up liao.

Please don't spread fake news. There are specific rubrics and guidelines that are employed to provide evidence for engineering and coding regardless of which SWE level you are.
