Hello, is job grade determined by interview performance or relevant experience? if 2 yoe, what to expect? and what's the salary range now for swe role if F or G?
Also, does HR offer based on last drawn or they got some ways to calculate?

2 yoe either e or f, range around 6 to 7k

top-down approach, no respect for different views
blindly following trends instead of critically evaluating them
