It's pretty much impossible to convert in this case. Even more so when the position is a non tech one

Interview and see the salary first that the consultancy gives. See if this value adds to your career. On hindsight, augmented manpower dont compete with GT on bell curve in performance, so you have lesser politics to deal with. Just do the expected work and relax.

You have as much benefits as GT interns if you want to compare

Nowadays with the recent happenings, the range all messed up. You might as well provide your YOE and current company and see if anyone wants to guestimate your expected grade.

You are also not allowed to put GovTech in your resume. You have to put that HR consultancy instead. Its a bad deal, I wish you luck in finding something better.
