She also brought in so many cronies from her previous company to be directors. Really treating hr like her own private fiefdom.

Aiyo please la GDS is no better.. Most of the GDS products are merely JUST school projects nia, if not even easier than my school days project.. Yáll everyday go office talk, imagine and pluck problem statements from the sky... Goodness, then still need GDT to give yall ideas just so yall can have thing to do...
My point is GT as a whole cui ttm, even I feel embarrassed telling people I used to be from GT. Still dare to say "Govtechies", no shame.

Don't even get me started on the new lame s BA/ PM tracks.. hilarious.. and preaching to all to manage systems as if a product.. Goes to show how "good" and "aligned" HQ really is with the rest of the counterparts.

hahaha, working as vendor, we always laughed at those "Govtechies" during our internal meetings cause we know that they are not technically trained and most of the time they are doing nothing. Even when they give suggestions, all wrong one

the uiux ba track ishhh realli a joke... uiux and ba by right are two different paths and their job responsibilities are diff as well. secondly, all the uiux and ba work are usually thrown to vendors to do... so wads the point coming up with this new track... seems like a useless initiative from higher up. confirm plus chop ishhh from those who have zero IT background. ishhh like blind leading the blind, come up with unnecessary things with no clear purpose or goals.. dont even know how things work...

got different tracks, one is uiux. you want do BA job, suggest you go other places... BA work usually vendors do. Honestly, not sure why Govtech even come up with BA roles. I worked in different govt agencies with diff groups of "Govtechies" and their BAs usually dont do BA work. They just "manage" vendors and users, do admin work like approve things.
