came across a linkedin post of a govtech engineer calling out someone about using his open source project.

the curious me went to check the repo commit history and found out that most of the commits are done during weekdays office hours.

Does that mean govtech owns the initital IP of this project? got seek approval to open source it bo?

lagi best. so this FT paid with sinkies' taxpayers' money but he was doing work for his own country when he was supposed to be building for sg? pui.
