Just start with those governments corporate websites. The e-services are hyperlinked from there. Just run your test tool, deadlink checker, accessibility checker. See how many of them pass. Those non-mobile responsive websites are low hanging fruit. It already gives a sign of poor maintenance. You can dig further to find more bugs.Happy hacking!

It’s sad that swes need to take this route to prove their value. Something is fundamentally wrong about this org. The ppl at the top seemed to forget or are not aware of why GDS was set up in the first place…not to cut cost but to build the long lost engineering capabilities and raise the standard of government e-services. RIP GDS.

GDS Lost it way
GDS have already lost it way 5-6 years ago.
A lot of projects are ground-up but fortunately it's not the case anymore. It's not creating more projects to solve artificial problem.

Is the 60 ex-indeed taking over govtech? They seem to be very powerful at convincing the senior management to adopt their appraisal system even though it fits poorly in government context. I heard their top management very draconian. If you don’t follow them, they fire you. Do follow Indeed way if you don’t want to be fired. Salary wise? Still govtech way.
