All these org changes only serve one purpose - to add to management’s achievement list so they can show they have met their job expectation. Impact to ppl down there? Who cares? The management will move on to a higher role if they score enough points in 3 years. It’s the next leader who needs to deal with the **** (changing the whole thing upside down again)

The bugs appeared on the 360 feedback system reminds me the old days when I first learned web development. Can’t believe it is developed by those indeed ppl who are technically superior than most GT by ranking

Do you guys know any Govtechie that is foreigner (not local or PR)?

Lol 360 site is quite the most underwhelming thing to be produced by govtech. It just looks so bare minimum until can't be more bare. When i first saw it I didnt even realise it was a govtech product, it just looked off and whats with that hideous pixelated background image when you click into one of the quarters under the self evaluation tab.

It feels like it wasn't meant to be taken seriously and just a one-off thing. I saw the site was up since Nov 2023, thats the only tangible thing I know is from PIC.....makes me wonder thats all they did since their inception to public service? They are suppose to be principal/distinguished no?
