No no, should be , have u done the minimum expected. If yes, then look at outside or others
Knn later u keep say u do so much extra but u dont do minimum, hard time to justify. Or worse, u not doing what u supposed to do

Then what’s the point to have this career framework? To look good on the paper and let Govtech got that PST award for transforming its appraisal system? What additional unproductive work goes into “crafting” the whole BS without any actual benefit?

My colleague who used to go through D-F-S in Service Group told me that he has done everything end to end but at management presentation, his boss gave the credit to another BA because a project is supposed to have a PM and a BA to make D-F-S work. By having a PM covering BA role is against the new framework.
