Simple. Next time ur boss ask u to do something, ask where is it on the schema. If it can’t be found, that means it doesn’t contribute to your career. Don’t do it.

FY24 AMA should still follow the old standards. PIC appraisal system is still currently on trial with a select group of people only. During the start of the trial they already said they don't plan to roll it out within this FY at least, and even if they did roll it out next FY, it would be progressive and not GT wide.
