Pros
Overall competitive remuneration peg to high tech sector, plenty of training opportunities and no lack of internal workshops and tournaments to hone one's skills.


Cons
Too many org changes recently and top management has lost personal touch. Not in its heyday anymore. Unable to resonate with organisational objectives over time.


Advice to Management
Need to find way to better connect with staff at all levels.
