I don’t mind measured in OGP way if I am paid OGP way. Similar for PIC case. Unfortunately I am still paid Govtech Way but need to work the appraisal the PIC way.

-you might get a micromanager boss
-get ready to flip a lot of prata(indecisive decision)


Advice to Management
have a firm decision and take care of ground staff. understand what they are going through.
