What does bell curve got to do with reorg? Reorg = higher impact = more bonus? LOL

More impact = more bonus meh? I don’t even know how much bonus I will get if I got A or B. Probably not much better than someone who just coasts through. Time can be better spent on something with higher ROI.

I don’t mind if we are moving from a cruel capitalist society to a communist one as I am just average performer. But wondering what will happen to those ppl who got 7 months bonus this year and 2 months bonus next year. Perform the same but got much less. Will those A and Bs be happy and stay on after May next year? I don’t mind driving them away. It’s so stressful to have someone much better in the same team.

Does it mean there will be only 1 promotion window every year? Right now we have 2.

Most of the time Oct promotion is already decided before the Apr period, so no diff there.

If appraisal is done quarterly, shouldn’t there be 4 windows of promotion every year as well? Else, the person who is qualified to be promoted in Apr or July will need to wait for another 3 or 4 quarters before the promotion takes effect.
