No more APA then how to justify? Use what and whose word to justify?

Competency, cannot be la. Theres some changes but not doing away with competency

I think they are removing some parts of it but some part still remain the same

Can always do quarterly OKR on individual level. So there will always be appraisal, just in what format. But regardless of what form it takes, if there's still bell curve then it's still reorg for the sake of reorg.

If everyone gets A, everyone gets an average bonus i.e total bonus divided equally. Won’t this conflict with the APA changes introduced just 3 months ago? CE changes his mind so fast? I don’t mind if we are moving from a cruel capitalist society to a communist one as I am just average performer. But wondering what will happen to those ppl who got 7 months bonus this year and 2 months bonus next year. Perform the same but got much less. Will those A and Bs be happy and stay on after May next year? I don’t mind driving them away. It’s so stressful to have someone much better in the same team.

If appraisal is quarterly, shouldn’t bonus be paid quarterly?
What does bell curve got to do with reorg? Reorg = higher impact = more bonus? LOL
